BEN MAXWELL
 Hailing from Philadelphia, Ben’s been in Cayman since July of 2006. If it’s true that you’re not really in radio until you’ve been fired without cause from a station, then Ben’s been in radio for over 20 years, working for powerhouse radio stations in Washington, DC (DC-101 and 105.9 WCXR), Baltimore (100X), Philadelphia (Y100, 93.3 WMMR, & Wired 96.5, where he was known as “Rocco The Janitor”). During his time in the USA, his favorite celeb interviews were Bob Saget, Steve Carrell, Mark Walhberg, Jay-Z (twice), Noel Gallagher of Oasis, and Elijah Wood.
A huge sports fan, Ben supports the Philadelphia Eagles and Manchester United and can be found in the pub during most weekends in the winter. He loves the cinema and counts The Godfather 1 & 2, Caddyshack, and The Aristocrats as some of his favorites.
He has two favorite quotes, mottos if you will, both by Eric “The King” Cantona: "I don't play against a particular team. I play against the idea of losing." And, “When the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea."
